Experience

Plastics: With more than 10 years in the plastics
  injection molding industry, Mr. Wilsterman brings
  an understanding of injection molding, secondary
  processes, and metrology of plastic parts. As a
  Project Engineer for The Tech Group,
  Mr. Wilsterman contracted tool builds as well as   robotic part removal, qualified the molding process   using DOE's to establish process windows,
  and contracted metrology fixtures and
  organized/performed Gage R&R's.
