From Detailed Design to Precision-Fabricated Products

Since Day 1, Profiles Tool & Engineering has approached design with manufacturing in mind.

As the company has grown, we have built a reputation for producing a range of design services that result in precision-fabricated products.

Each job begins by collecting design specification.  Using Solidworks, we then create a three-dimensional model that can be further verified using Finite Element Analysis (FEA).  Once the design is approved by the customer, manufacturing begins and is followed by assembly.  As soon as assembly is finalized and delivery is complete, we contact the customer to ensure satisfaction.

Although we can handle all steps of the process from design to delivery, we will perform each one individually according to your needs.
